Regulations of YEW Trading

In order to use this site, you need to read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

  • Terms of Use

    YEW Trading is open to anyone, regardless of nationality or race, who understands, can read and write the language of the country where the service is available, who promises to abide by our trading rules described on this page, and who agrees to the Terms of Use.

  • About fees

    YEW Trading does not charge any fees or commissions for regular trading, except for some special trading cases.

  • How does YEW Trading process orders?

    YEW Trading uses the NDD method for trading orders from customers. There are many companies that use the DD method, where the order is not sent to the market and the transaction is between the FX trader and the customer. Many companies use the DD method.

    In YEW Trading, 100% of the orders are sent to the market. This means that your funds, including profits, are fully guaranteed. You can trade with peace of mind.

  • Rules for account opening

    All you need to do is to fill out the opening form and your account number will be issued immediately. However, you need to submit the required documents before the withdrawal can be processed. The required documents are your driver's license and passport. The address on the ID card and the address on the proof of address must be the same and within the time limit. Opening an account must be done in person.

  • Rules regarding deposits

    We do not accept any deposits from anyone other than the customer, and deposits can only be made in the same name as the trading account name. Any funds sent from a third party's name will be invalidated upon discovery, without exception. If you have already started trading and have already made a profit, only the principal amount deposited will be credited and the profit will be forfeited. If you have already made a loss, your balance will be credited back to your account. If you wish to make a deposit, please use the same account name as your trading account name. To make a deposit, please log in to My Page, click on "Deposit", and select your preferred payment method.

  • Withdrawal Rules

    We do not accept any withdrawal requests from anyone other than yourself. We only accept domestic financial institution accounts that are the same as your account name and have your country of residence or nationality. Withdrawal requests made in the name of a third party will be rejected. In order to withdraw funds from your trading account, only designated withdrawal methods are accepted. The same amount of funds as your investment funds are kept in segregated accounts, so you can trade with peace of mind, and withdrawals can be made directly from your account for faster and smoother transactions. Withdrawal requests can only be made by those who have all the documents and data required to open an account.

  • Rules on Scalping

    In principle, YEW Trading does not have any strict restrictions. However, if the volume of messages generated from your account becomes so large that it is deemed by the department in charge to interfere with the execution capability of the YEW Trading server, trading may be suspended. If you are concerned about this, please contact YEW Trading for confirmation. If you are using a scalping EA, please refer to the "EA Usage Rules".

  • Rules on Limit and Stop Limit for Settlement

    When YEW Trading judges that there is a possibility that the market will fluctuate greatly, we may widen the range (number of points) from the current price where you can place a limit price or a stop loss price.

  • Rules for using EA

    However, depending on the logic (trading strategy) of the EA, the EA may be temporarily or continuously suspended by the client without notice. There is a high possibility that the EA will be suspended, especially for scalping EA, so please be aware of this before using the EA.

  • About the identification confirmation

    Those who open an account will be required to submit identification documents. The documents required to open an account are a copy of identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) and a copy of proof of address (certificate of residence). The address shown on the ID card and the address shown on the proof of address must be the same. The certificate of address must be within three months of issuance.

  • Maintenance

    YEW Trading will segregate the same amount of funds as the client's investment funds. Since 100% of your orders will be placed in the market, your funds including profits will be protected and you will not be unable to withdraw your funds at the time of withdrawal. In the event that a customer's financial institution account is frozen at the designated financial institution for withdrawal, it does not originate from YEW Trading.

  • Additional Payment

    YEW Trading has a zero-loss-cut policy, which means that there is no more risk than the deposited funds. If the margin balance (account balance) becomes negative, the account balance will be reset to 0 yen and the deposited amount will be reflected, so you can conduct active leveraged operations with peace of mind because there will be no additional margin. Please note that there may be a time lag before the 0 cut becomes effective. Please be sure to check your My Page to make sure that your funds are at zero before making a deposit. However, malicious double-denomination transactions using this system's blind spots are prohibited and will be punished in accordance with the Terms of Service.

  • Account deletion and account termination requests

    To delete your account or close your account, please contact us using the email address registered by the account holder. YEW Trading will not issue any document regarding the deletion of account or account cancellation. YEW Trading will not issue any document regarding account deletion or account termination. If a third party is to act on your behalf for any reason, you will need to submit a document showing your relationship with the account holder.

  • Inquiries about transaction details

    If you have any questions about your transactions with YEW Trading, please contact us by e-mail within 7 business days from the date of closing (or entry for open positions).

    If you do not submit your inquiry within 7 business days, we will assume that you do not object to the transaction and will not respond to your inquiry for any reason.

  • About Transaction Reports

    If you have any questions, please contact us. If you delete (suspend) your account or close your account, you will not be able to log in and retrieve all of your trading history. Before deleting (suspending) your account or closing your account, we ask you to retrieve the necessary data at your own risk. Please note that we are not able to retrieve the data.

  • Bonus Campaign Accounts

    We do not allow accounts that are intentionally used for bonus campaigns, and we only allow accounts that are used by average customers. As a rule of scalping, continuous trading in a short period of time is allowed as normal trading.

  • About Latency Trading (Latency Arbitrage)

    Latency Trading (Latency Arbitrage) is characterized by the repetition of settlements in an abnormally short period of time, resulting in a large number of transactions that can significantly affect other traders' trading. In this case, we will prohibit the use of latency trading (latency arbitrage). In addition, regardless of the length of time a position is held, transactions that appear to be targeting delayed price differentials or orders that we deem to be inappropriate in light of the soundness of the trade will also be prohibited.

    In the event that any such transactions are discovered or determined by the Company, all applicable transactions will be voided and the principal amount deposited by the customer (less any amount already withdrawn, if any) will be refunded, after which the relevant account will be deleted. The deleted account will not be restored permanently. If you create a new account, we will void all trades, regardless of the trade details, refund the principal amount deposited by you (minus the amount already withdrawn, if any), and delete the account.

  • Other important rules

    Users are not allowed to interfere with the service. You agree not to interfere with the service or any business related to us. You agree not to place a significantly high load on the system. You agree not to engage in transactions that you consider to be malicious, taking advantage of blind spots in the services offered or the system. I agree not to engage in malicious trading by taking advantage of blind spots in the bonus and zero-cut stems. We also prohibit trading only during economic indicators or the release of the U.S. employment statistics, and ask that you trade on average. Trading in both directions within the same account is permitted, but is prohibited if it violates the Terms of Use or these guidelines.

    You agree to report to us immediately if you notice any blind spots in our services or systems. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and ID, and you are responsible for all actions taken using them. In addition to these guidelines, there are other rules that must be followed when using this site. You must comply with all relevant laws, government ordinances, ministerial ordinances, regulations, and orders when using this site.

  • Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Use for Commercial Purposes

    Users shall not transfer or lend their rights and obligations and account IDs acquired in accordance with the provisions of these guidelines to any third party. In addition, users shall not use the account IDs for commercial purposes without our permission, beyond the scope and method of use specified in the guidelines.

  • Information of other users

    Users shall agree not to use the personal information of other users of our company for purposes other than those used by our company. In addition, it is prohibited to collect personal information of other users. Personal information includes not only names and e-mail addresses, but also any other data, text, photographs, drawings, pictures, sounds, or anything else that the user posts or sends.

  • Items to be noted in transactions and our disclaimer

    We are not involved in the actual transactions of our clients. The financial products we offer involve a high level of risk that may not be suitable for all investors.

    Leverage creates an even greater level of risk and potential for loss. Before deciding to trade, carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience and risk tolerance. You may lose part or all of your original investment. Therefore, you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should consider the risks associated with trading and seek advice from a neutral financial or tax advisor if in doubt. We do not assume any responsibility for your transactions. You do so at your own discretion and risk.

  • User Information and Privacy Policy

    Account holders will abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy that we have separately established.

  • Our Right to Delete

    We do not review content before it is made available, but we reserve the right to reject, edit, move, or delete content at our discretion. In addition, we reserve the right to delete any ID or content immediately and without notice to the user if we determine that there has been an act in violation of the terms of use (including guidelines) or the intent of the terms of use, or if we determine that there has been an infringement or attempted infringement of another user's rights. In this case, we reserve the right to delete the relevant ID or content immediately without notice to the user. In addition, we reserve the right to delete the IDs of users who have not used the service for a certain period of time.

  • Disclaimer of Warranty

  • Notification

    Notices to users will be made via e-mail or the website. Announcements and changes to the Terms of Use will be made by displaying a link to that effect.

  • Guidelines and Right to Change

    We reserve the right to change these guidelines at any time if we deem it necessary. However, we will notify users in advance when we change important elements of the guidelines.

  • Jurisdiction of Governing Law

    The Terms of Use or the Guidelines and the relationship between the user and the Company shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Company operates, and not in reference to the laws of the country in which the user resides. In the event that a dispute arises between our company and a user, the user agrees to seek an amicable resolution through discussions between the two parties, but in the event that it is determined to be difficult to resolve, the user agrees to use the courts of the country in which our company operates in accordance with the amount of the lawsuit.

  • Waiver of Rights

    The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any of the rights set forth in the Terms of Use or Guidelines shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. In addition, if any part of the Terms of Use or Guidelines is held invalid, the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
